These 100% Alpaca handwoven ponchos are true works of art. They are hand woven using a backstrap loom, the oldest form of the loom in the world. The backstrap loom is an ultra portable & entirely non-mechanized loom made from wood, bone, and strings.
These beautiful ponchos are hand made for you by Rosa and her husband, high in the Andean mountains in their small village.
Handmade in Peru.
One Size Fits Most - height 33" - width 42" - neck opening width 14"
Care: Spot clean with cold water when necessary. Hand wash or gentle machine cycle in cold water. Lay flat to dry.
